What is Logistics?

                Day by day people need more and more different things.Therefore logistics experts are forcing to satisfy the customers.Because of that logistics needs more technology than older times.At this situation , innovative technology is the best helper for them.When an order comes to a company from a customer , first job is creating simulation to find out the problem.After that the employees of the  company who are working on this simulation until it becomes perfect.Later this perfect situation is transferred real life.Until reach up to this level , product has passed from lots of processes.In a logistics center , numerous processes run at the same time in largely automatically.Steel construction,racks,facility conveyor lines,motor drive sensors are merged to form a large automated system to create smooth operations at every stage.Because every single piece has special processes in their systems.For example , to produce a refrigerator more than 1,000 pieces are needed.This production has great numbers of processes like gathering supplies from different suppliers,assembly and sub-assembly,inventory control,transportation,material management,warehousing etc.To optimize these whole processes, a logistics center has to use technology effectively by taking advantage of hardware and software systems.Hence, a logistics center should always update their system and complete system modernizations continuously.

                As a conclusion, although most people understand logistics to be trailers transporting from point A to point B , there is more than meet eye if the goods are provided from logistics centers that work with innovative tecnologies which of course has many benefit for flexibility and optimizations.
